Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Orders fulfilled through our Dear-Lover dropshipping partner are generally shipped by YunExpress. Estimated delivery within the United States is approximately 9–14 business days after shipment.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, supplier delays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight and the available shipping method.

Tracking
Tracking information will be sent when it becomes available. Please allow a short period for tracking to begin updating after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple Packages
Some orders may arrive in more than one package depending on product availability and fulfillment location.
